Co-op Conservation Bank

i2 Capital helped to develop and capitalize the nation’s largest habitat conservation bank. Located in central Wyoming, the bank spans over 1 million acres and includes vast grasslands, sagebrush, river corridors and wildlife, along with 20 miles of the Sweetwater River, portion of the North Platte River, sections of the Oregon Trail, and water rights dating back to 1879. The privately held bank provides biodiversity offsets for traditional and renewable energy providers.
