Anita Antenucci is a global leader in the aerospace & defense industry, having executed hundreds of transactions across mergers & acquisitions, financings, valuation and private equity investments, as both an advisor and an investor. She has represented a wide array of Fortune 500 and international companies including most of the world’s leading aerospace/defense contractors, as well as small-caps, entrepreneurs, and major private equity owners. Prior to joining Houlihan, at just 23, Ms. Antenucci was a founding member of Quarterdeck Investment Partners, a boutique aerospace & defense advisory firm, where she rose to serve as the firm’s Co-President prior to its 2002 purchase by Jeffries. She has an MA from the John’s Hopkins School of Advanced International Service and an BA from Northwestern University.
